Rent is $3000 USD per month + Utilities for a 12 month lease. Only 12+ month leases are permitted. Or $5000 security deposit. One dog is permitted but no cats. Included in rental fees:
- Maid service once a week.
- Night watchman
- Unit oversight and payment of renter bills (telephone, utilities, insurance, etc.)
Complex information:
- Fiber Optic lines are installed in the building, and Telemex has the following speeds available: 10, 20, 30, 50, and 200.
- Owners can have a BBQ grill on their terrace.
- The building is insured. You must have renter's insurance for the contents of the condo and liability coverage.
- Costco and local grocery stores deliver.
